		<description><![CDATA[If &#039;Onboarding&#039; is everything that happens &lt;em&gt;from&lt;/em&gt; the moment the offer letter is generated, then what do you call everything that happens &lt;em&gt;before&lt;/em&gt; the offer letter is produced?  IMHO so many employers fall down in this area by poor attention to the recruitment process itself. This can result in not getting the best available candidates into the process to begin with, and/or providing a less than ideal experience for candidates who do go through the process.]]></description>
