Employee Value Propositions

Andrew from the strategic resourcing blog had some nice comments about building employee value propositions (VP). Even though my blog is about HR technology, many companies lose sight of strategic VP’s as they implement technology and process to add to the bottom line. Without the VP however, employees don’t feel the ownership in their work that increases productivity and retention, and possibly drives down the cost per hire.
