A company that will go to the ends of the Earth for its people will find it can hire them for about 10% of the cost of Americans. ((Despair.com))

I have argued many times that there is actually nothing wrong with outsourcing and offshoring. Let’s face it, offshoring manufacturing is good for developing countries, and the fact of the matter is that the industrialized nations of the world want to be performing the higher profit work that is held in innovating and designing these products for others to produce. In the long run, wage price competition from the rest of the world simply creates more opportunity all around. This is not a threat, but an opportunity. (unless you work for the AFL-CIO
