However, the study that 80% of employee think work life is important and 40% are looking for jobs is not news. The question is if the 2 factors are related. I can&#8217;t buy this survey, so if anyone reads it, let me know.<\/p>\n<p>Based on recent posts, I think it&#8217;s time we had a discussion on the difference between employee attraction, employee satisfaction, employee retention and employee engagement.
