Basically it says that the majority of BPO (includes HRO and FAO) clients are satisfied with their process improvements and that the market is expected to grow. No surprises here, but I thought I&#8217;d include the link in case anyone finds it useful.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve written previously regarding my distaste for &#8220;self serving press releases&#8221; that are really just marketing opportunities. World at Work published a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.e-topics.com\/index.asp?layout=STDnewsDis&amp;UserID=20031022202621638790&amp;doc_id=NEb0608756.6sw\">press release<\/a> from Hewitt. Actually it\u2019s a not-so-well-disguised marketing release. In it, Hewitt announces that they have consultants who are able to evaluate potential cost savings from HRO.
