{"id":536,"date":"2006-10-06T01:00:16","date_gmt":"2006-10-06T09:00:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/systematichr.com\/?p=536"},"modified":"2006-10-06T01:00:16","modified_gmt":"2006-10-06T09:00:16","slug":"brad-pitt%e2%80%99s-love-child-at-talentismcom","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/systematichr.com\/?p=536","title":{"rendered":"Brad Pitt\u2019s Love Child (at Talentism.com)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Jeff Hunter answers the question if he is having Brad Pitt\u2019s love child <a href=\"http:\/\/www.talentism.com\/business_talent\/2006\/08\/google_this_i_a.html\">here<\/a>.\u00a0 Truth be told, I\u2019m frightened by this thought.\u00a0 He also answers the secrets to having a successful website:<\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\" start=\"1\" style=\"margin-top: 0in\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\">Post      frequently.<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\">Write      stuff that matters to you and your audience.<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\">Be      consistent in style, presentation and intent.<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\">Be      fresh and engaging.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">As I close in on 500 posts, I figured I\u2019d take a bit of time and reflect on the nature of the HR blogosphere and my role in it.<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\" style=\"margin-top: 0in\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\">I\u2019d      like to think that we can have great conversations.\u00a0 Sometimes this happens in the comments      section, sometimes this happens between multiple blog sites.\u00a0 Either way, I appreciate learning from      everyone.<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\">Do I      write stuff that matters to everyone?\u00a0      Not really.\u00a0 This site      started as a true weblog \u2013 a place for me to record my thoughts.\u00a0 And then you started reading.\u00a0\u00a0 What I appreciate is that through the      growth of this site, you as readers have pushed me to explore ideas      completely outside my comfort zone.<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\">Do I      care what you think of the site?\u00a0 At      one point I didn\u2019t, but now I think I do.\u00a0      I\u2019d like to think that systematicHR is an alternative resource      (along with the rest of the HR blogosphere) to the stuff you get off of      SHRM or HR.com.<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\">Jeff Hunter and I agree on at least one thing &#8211; blogging is a labor of love.\u00a0 We enjoy doing it in the absence of any financial gain because we believe we add value to the HR community at large.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I hope you continue to enjoy reading systematicHR and the rest of the contributors in the HR blogosphere&#8230; and thanks for listening.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Lastly:\u00a0 Jeff, even if you\u2019re not having Brad Pitt\u2019s love child (thank God!!!) you\u2019re still the smartest guy around here.\u00a0 Your quality of thoughtfulness and your magical ability to put ideas on paper is unparalleled.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jeff Hunter answers the question if he is having Brad Pitt\u2019s love child here.\u00a0 Truth be told, I\u2019m frightened by this thought.\u00a0 He also answers the secrets to having a successful website: Post frequently.
