Taking that one step further, Drucker is perhaps the best voice for talent management.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">From workforce planning, to succession planning, to learning and development, and recruiting, how HR executes and shapes the workforce is a key indicator of the success of the organization.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Executives have always said that their company\u2019s most important asset are the people.  It\u2019s always been a tag line, but more and more, executives are starting to understand and believe in it.
