Last year systematicHR was nominated (as it is this year) but I didn&#8217;t bother telling anyone about it.  I consider this to be an HR strategy, HR technology and business site that happens to cover talent acquisition as a subset of its topics, so being the best &#8220;recruiting blog&#8221; isn&#8217;t that important to me (although I think we talk about talent acquisition and the strategy behind it as well as anybody out there). Instead, what I discovered last year was a great way to find out about other writers on the web who also contribute a great deal of value to the HR community.  <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/s.asp?u=944023026614\">Vote if you like, or don&#8217;t<\/a>.  But certainly go check out some of the other sites out there.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s another great resource for <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/community.hrblogs.org\/Summary.php?type=Technorati&#038;group=Category\">HR blogs<\/a>.<br \/>\nThis is actually my last post of 2006 (the rest of the posts will be &#8220;15 days of Drucker&#8221;) and I&#8217;d like to thank you for your readership and discussion.
