While I\u2019ll always admit that failure is an equation that two parties contribute to, if an organization consistently fails in its vendor and outsourcing relationships, thy have a core governance problem.  Most organizations that put sufficient energy into their vendor governance and define how they will operate in their relationships and make decisions have adequate or good relationships with vendors.
