{"id":937,"date":"2008-08-06T01:00:56","date_gmt":"2008-08-06T09:00:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/systematichr.com\/?p=937"},"modified":"2008-08-06T01:01:00","modified_gmt":"2008-08-06T09:01:00","slug":"enterprise-20-diagram","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/systematichr.com\/?p=937","title":{"rendered":"Enterprise 2.0 Diagram"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I ran across this quite interesting and comprehensive e2.0 diagram and thought I\u2019d share.\u00a0 I like how it\u2019s organized with Actors, Technologies and Methods as part of the engine behind e2.0, but as usual I have a few comments.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/dcbalpm.files.wordpress.com\/2008\/07\/enterprise-2-0-blueprint.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/dcbalpm.files.wordpress.com\/2008\/07\/enterprise-2-0-blueprint.jpg\" align=\"absbottom\" height=\"480\" width=\"640\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I probably would have phrased the Business Drivers differently \u2013 perhaps removing it as one of the towers and instead phrasing the business drivers into a e2.0 governance area that carries through the other 3 towers of actors, technologies and methods.\u00a0 In fact, the actors technologies and methods are always revalidated as the e2.0 function takes place and as business needs change \u2013 the tools iteratively adapt.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019d also would likely have rephrased the Value Add tower.\u00a0 While I really like all of the elements in it, I think ultimately the value add are a couple of elements not in this tower \u2013 namely collaboration and new innovation.\u00a0 Collaboration is noted in the technologies and methods towers, and I think it\u2019s misplaced, but that\u2019s just my opinion.<\/p>\n<p>All in all, a wonderful visual explanation of e2.0, among the best I\u2019ve seen.<\/p>\n<p>Hat tip to <a href=\"http:\/\/itsinsider.com\/2008\/07\/10\/more-fun-with-enterprise-20-diagrams\/\" target=\"_blank\">Susan Scrupski<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I ran across this quite interesting and comprehensive e2.0 diagram and thought I\u2019d share.\u00a0 I like how it\u2019s organized with Actors, Technologies and Methods as part of the engine behind e2.0, but as usual I have a few comments.
