Well, I got pestered into adding Deloitte to my HR consultancies list to the right (not really – it was the right thing to do ayway). I did not add Accenture HR there for the same reason Hewitt is not on the HR consultancies list – they are listed in HRO vendors and I’m not sure their current direction is to expand HR consulting vs. HRO.
That said, I wanted to point out a couple of nice talent management resources. Here’s a new survey, and a nice discussion on talent.

big time as the consulting world looks out 5-10 years, and the vendors are picking up on this. So while workforce planning and succession are not huge functional drivers today, I think (hope) that if a few years it will be as big as performance.
