The best recruiting blog awards is happening for the second year and I thought I’d tell you all about it. Last year systematicHR was nominated (as it is this year) but I didn’t bother telling anyone about it. I consider this to be an HR strategy, HR technology and business site that happens to cover talent acquisition as a subset of its topics, so being the best “recruiting blog” isn’t that important to me (although I think we talk about talent acquisition and the strategy behind it as well as anybody out there). Instead, what I discovered last year was a great way to find out about other writers on the web who also contribute a great deal of value to the HR community. Vote if you like, or don’t. But certainly go check out some of the other sites out there.
