In February I had a reader survey available which many of you answered. I thought I’d share some of the results from that survey:
- Exactly 50% of you read new posts on systematicHR every day. Many more of you visit multiple times each week.
- Not surprisingly, the topics of most interest are HR strategy and HR technology. I say this is not surprising since that’s the tagline of the site. Coming in 3rd and 4th place are talent management and talent aquisition. Workforce planning is also a topic of great interest.
- I’m (egotistically) pleased to say you are easily most interested in my opinion on HR issues. However, I was surprised to see that you were not interested in updates on industry news, or product reviews. At any rate, I’ll keep commentating.
- You are HR managers, directors, VP’s and a few CEO’s sprinkled in there as well. about one-third of you are consultants or analysts. I’ve always assumed you (my readers) would be in HR management, and I’m pleased to see that play out.
- Most of you work for large organizations. However, a surprising part of the readership works in what I consider the mid market. I’ve been putting some extra attention into understanding the mid market HR technology vendors and I hope to publish more about that space in the future.
Thanks for reading, and I’ll keep all your suggestions in mind.
