The intersection between HR strategy and HR technology

Second Again

systematicHR Avatar

The first installation of the HR Blog Power Ratings are out (by the HR Capitalist) and systematicHR came in at second on the list.  We never seem to win these things, but that’s ok.  systematicHR has a great readership and the simple fact that the “Power Ratings” indicates that we have content that the surveyors would recommend to their HR colleagues is gratifying.

We’re not sure what the HR Capitalist means by “I don’t always understand Dubs” but it’s true that I sometimes go off on innovation, generational issues and such, straying away from mainstream HR technology or strategy.  At any rate, we’re glad to be here and glad you’re reading.

    Dubs –

Love the site, and top two isn’t bad!!!

When I said “I don’t always understand Dubs”, my take was that your mix of innovation mixed with HR technology or strategy can sometimes be very involved and heavy to dig through. Especially when its been a long day and I have the attention span of my four-year old. If I’m not ready for serious engagement, sometimes I find myself giving up.

I need to read you first thing in the morning for maximum effect. Thanks for your work here…..

    Dubs,
I like that you go off on tangents. HR & technology and strategy involves all those other issues that you touch upon. I think you present a very holistic view of the intersection of HR, technology and strategy. I read Systematic HR virtually everyday because you’re not just a dry HR tech site. Keep it up, being 2 is pretty darned good when you consider all the competition out there!

Keep up the awesome work! I read religiously, and I’m notorious for passing along SystematicHR emails to my colleagues. Down-to-earth, rational and thought-provoking. In this mixed-up, illogical world, it’s nothing short of refreshing. Thanks!

    Dubs,

Finishing this highly is a fine compliment, especially when you consider all the people out there which a thought in their head that start a blog (not me of course, I’m much too lazy for that).

Thank you for all the work you do on maintaining this space and keeping it relevant and interesting. And yes, I too find your tangents interesting; okay, in the spirit of full discloser, most of the time.

Keep up the great work and congratulations.
