Then I got to thinking. Excellerate inherited a very large book of business from Towers Perrin on the benefits administration side of the business. Apparently, EDS also had quite a bit of business. While they may not have announced anything lately, they probably are one of larger outsourcers. As the quote above states, they may also be one of the true global providers.
