Craig Conway, formerly CEO of PeopleSoft Inc., has been named to the board of directors at Salesforce.com Inc.
With the addition of Conway, the board membership at the San Francisco software maker (NYSE: CRM – News) increases to seven members; the number of independent directors on the board increases to six.
